Whether online or in-person, our sessions focus on evaluating both your physical and mental health to create a comprehensive, holistic treatment plan. This includes medication management when appropriate, along with other strategies to support overall mental wellness. Talk therapy is not included.

Letter Writing Services
We provide professional documentation services for established patients* only, including:
Employment Letters
Treatment Summaries
Medication Reconciliation Letters
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letters
Nexus Letters
Fee:
$350 per hour (1-hour minimum)
Letters are written only at the provider’s sole discretion when clinically appropriate and necessary.
All fees must be paid in full before the letter is released to the patient or third party.
*Patients who have not been seen within the previous 12 months are considered a new patient.
